PRIVACY POLICY

Short version: this site collects almost nothing, and never sees your payment details.

What this site stores

• Your cart. Kept in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data erases it.
• Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so no third party is told which pages you read.

What happens when you buy

Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing country, and payment details in order to process the payment and calculate tax.

Your card details go to Lemon Squeezy and their payment processor. They never touch this site and I never see them. What I can see is your email address, your country, and what you bought.

What happens when you email support

Messages sent through the support form are delivered by our host's form service and land in my email. I keep them so I can follow up, and I delete them when they are no longer useful.

Email you receive

Buying gets you a receipt and, if you opted in, occasional update announcements. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — email bigdogplugins@gmail.com. Records tied to a completed sale may need to be retained for tax purposes; those are held by Lemon Squeezy under their own policy.
